Fine. (And this hopefully also means that no `%%' means no db search?)

I had in mind that %% would mean only search the db.
To get no db search, you can just not have a db file, right?
Is there any plausible reason why you'd want to specify ``no db search
even if there's a db'', or are you just being completist?
